Proven Benefits in Poultry Production
Scientific studies demonstrate efficacy in broilers and laying hens
Greater Productive Performance
Increase in egg production (laying hens) and weight gain (broilers) through improved feed efficiency and intestinal health
Support Under Sanitary Challenges
Under sanitary challenges (mycotoxins, coccidiosis), toxin adsorption in the digestive tract contributes to reducing mortality (P<0.01)
Egg Quality
Improvement in shell strength, yolk color, and overall quality in laying hens
Ammonia Control
Significant reduction of ammonia emissions in poultry facilities
Poultry Production Applications
Solutions for animal nutrition and environmental control
Feed Additive - Broilers
Inclusion of 0.5-2.0% in the broiler diet. The zeolite improves growth performance and antioxidant capacity; under sanitary challenges (mycotoxins/coccidiosis), it contributes to reducing mortality (P<0.01). Larger particles are particularly effective. Ideal for intensive production systems.
Feed Additive - Laying Hens
Addition of 1.0-3.0% in the laying hen diet. The high CEC (150-190 meq/100g) improves egg quality: shell strength (+5-8%), more intense yolk color, and overall productive performance. Reduces fecal ammonia emissions. Economically viable.
Environmental Control - Poultry Litter
Application of 0.5-1.0 kg/m² to poultry litter (fresh or reused). The zeolite adsorbs ammonia (capacity 2.16 meq/g), reducing emissions by 40-60%. Improves litter conditions, reduces moisture, and improves the respiratory health of the birds. Can be combined with dietary use for a synergistic effect.
